I went into this shop at the beginning of the year. I was most impressed by Simons knowledge of all of his mattresses. Simon is not a pushy sales person, he gives you the info needed and then time to go and ponder of the info given to you. I went away and half an hour later bought my mattress. It came earlier than expected and how Simon and his son managed to get the mattress over my balcony was short of a miracle. It is very much a family run company. Would I buy a bed or matress from them again, I must certainly would. I have and will keep on recommending them. Thank you Simon and your family for all the help.

Dropped in to find a quality pillow in hopes of better sleep. It is very clean, well painted, and well lit with many mattress and pillow options. I was greeted warmly and the knowledgeable owner was very very helpful in my search for the perfect pillow. He first brought me the 4 pillows that would possibly suit me, then left me to relax and really try each one. I purchased the best one and was off.

Superb advice and service from experts. It took me three visits, (once with my own pillows) and much discussion over cups of tea, but with their considerable help I have bought a wonderful new mattress. The delivery men were punctual and very polite. I am so pleased I found this shop.

I’ve got to take a minute to give a huge shout out to Bailey’s Of Salisbury. If you need a new bed, you really need to go there. Loads to choose from and you can even try your bed for 100 nights to make sure it’s the right one! How amazing is that. We ordered a bed back in August from another company and it still hadn’t arrived in November when we moved in. We went to Baileys and Simon the owner couldn’t do enough to help us out, it’s a family run the business and they are all amazing. Just two weeks after our panic filled visit, we are the owners of a very comfy new bed. Oh and the big bonus is that we got two storage bed bases and a mattress for the same price as one bed and a mattress in the other shop. Crackerjack
