This hotel is fantastic. The grounds are stunning. The staff are excellent and very attentive. We were shown to our room and given excellent information on local things to see by Warwick. The room was excellent, very clean and comfortable. There is tea and coffee facilities in room and a fridge(even real milk in the fridge)There is a hairdryer and also and iron and ironing board. It is about a 5 minute drive into the town centre and plenty of bars as restaurants on the site of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

In my business, we use this venue frequently in a professional capacity, but this time (as the movies say) it was personal. Got to hand it to Debbie Campbell - excellent, attentive and personal service that made you feel like you were talking with a friend! Outstanding! Beautiful venue with fantastic staff. I would highly recommend!

Very good murder mystery weekend extended by a night. Hotel very comfortable and the whole event went beautifully. Guided tour of the lower reaches of the place in the morning, which gave everything an extra shine.

The wedding we attended was absolutely beautiful. The hotel and everyone we met who worked there were outstanding. Everyone was so attentive and helpful especially the receptionist who checked us in. She was always bright, breezy and polite. My husband and I will certainly return to your very elegant establishment.

Fantastic long weekend away staying here, very clean and tidy every where, rooms are very spacious and well equipped for all your needs. Hotel staff are some of the most friendly and helpful nothing seemed like to much trouble for them, spent some lovely times chatting to staff. Would definitely recommend you give this hotel a try one of my top 3. 5 star accommodation. 🌟

My partner and I went for an Afternoon Tea around midday. I had booked in advance on the Handpicked Hotels website but missed that even if you use the link on the afternoon tea page it defaults to a lunch booking. Fortunately the staff were able to fix this on arrival. The food for the most part was very nice. I had the Traditional Afternoon Tea which came with two scones to my surprise. I didn't like the set sweet item however. My partner had the Savoury Afternoon Tea which was also pretty good but came without the chutneys for the cheese scone. The biggest disappointment was the single serving of sandwiches. They were made low quality bread which failed to do justice to the tasty fillings. Personally I'd rather spend a little extra and go to the Dower House which has a better quality of food and service also coming with unlimited sandwiches.
