Backwell Dental Care bristol

Tim and I are patients of the Backwell Dental clinic, we both have routine check ups and hygiene visits which are excellent. Last year we both wanted whiter teeth and after consultation with Chris who showed us what we could achieve we decided to have composites. We have both been delighted with the results and would highly recommend any and all services provided from Backwell.

I cannot praise Backwell Dental Care enough. From the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave, you are treated with the utmost care and respect. The atmosphere at reception is very friendly and relaxing. All the staff are extremely considerate and they go to great lengths to alleviate any anxieties or concerns that you may have. The treatment that you receive will be conducted in a very professional environment and can only be described as “artistry” And the results are literally gain without the pain.

shame the max you can give is 5 stars. i'm one of their more challenging patients, i want nice teeth but to have someone else sit in the chair and have the work done. The team are patient and caring and go out of their way to make things easier for me to cope with. i would recommend Backwell Dental Practice without any hesitation. Modern and comfortable surroundings with a team that truly care about your comfort. thank you

My dentist since 2010. Excellent practice. Mostly private (but good value) but took my kids on as NHS list which was great! Can't speak highly enough of the professionalism of all the team.

Patrick has been looking after our teeth for 12 years now. He is very knowledgeable and extremely skilled and has put us at our ease with humour, patience and professionalism. The rest of the tram, Belinda, Tracy, the hygienists and the lovely dental nurses are all that one could ask for. They always treat us like friends and clients, rather than ‘patients’ - an outmoded word these days! We travel for 50 minutes to visit Backwell dental care - that says something about how good we think it is!

Chris has been our family dentist for several years now and has rebuilt my trust in dentists and calmed my 'dentist nerves' no end. I recently had a very old filling fall out just before Christmas and Chris was able to fit me in for a 'redo' - the procedure took a little while and he was reassuring and considerate throughout. He made sure to only remove what was needed and not make the filling any bigger than it had been before. Thanks Chris and the rest of the team

I arrived at Backwell Dental Care in a mild state of terror, having had a bad experience elsewhere. I have found Paul reassuring and patient, taking time to answer all my questions about procedures, options and aftercare. He offers a professional service with attention to detail. The reception staff are friendly and helpful and Belinda is the fount of all knowledge! I'm very happy and grateful.

Just want to say a big ‘thank you’ to Paul Bucknell for looking after my teeth over the years. I feel quite relaxed (well 99% of the time!) in his care and he always explains everything so clearly. Everybody is very professional, friendly, efficient and welcoming. Thank you.

Have been happy with the service ever since our family moved to this practice several years ago. Breath of fresh air. Reception team very friendly. Hannah, Chris, Vanessa and Paul all fab. Nice settled team, all doing a great job. :)
