We had the most beautiful experience here with our 15 week old. The staff were gorgeous, so fantastic with our daughter and it was such a relaxing treat! When we were there there was a sad little excuse of a man (English and tattooed) verbally abusing the staff about the fact he didn’t use a gift voucher in time and the kid was now too old! Put it on Facebook mate! 🙄 He was feral. It was truely disgusting- I wouldn’t expect that behaviour from a toddler. I’d be ashamed if that was my husband. No one should ever shout at anyone in such a manner, especially young women trying their best to help. The staff handled it amazingly and kept their cool. They deserve an award for that, let alone the amazing experience they gave our little girl. Xxx

The baby spa was a really fun experience for our child and us. She is 9 weeks old and the first time we have experienced water (apart from the bath) and she loved it. The staff were great and made it a really good experience. The massage was very relaxing for her too, definately give it a go!
