Brilliant service from hayley and Sarah! Hayley was highly professional taking me through the seats I was going to need for the clan and the car! All the information and fitting service! First purchase. Baby & Co had exactly what I wanted at a good price. The item was delivered the next day and the service throughout was outstanding.

After no luck with trying to buy a carseat at mothercare, I was recommended to go here by a friend and I am so glad I did! Hayley was amazing from start to finish. No pushy sales techniques, and had so much knowledge! She listened to what I wanted from a car seat, let me know my options and popped my daughter in the demo seats to see how she fitted in them (shes on the tall side). Once we'd narrowed it down to three choices we tried them in my car, to check how much space they took up in the back, how far forward the front seat would have to be, what the recline was like on them etc... Nothing was too much trouble! I went home to think about my options and then called up later that day to place my order (which they'd already priced match whilst I was in store without me even asking!) I popped back in a few days and they fitted the car seat for me and made sure the head rest height etc was all ok for my daughter. 100% recommend this place and Hayley! They really knew their stuff & customer service was flawless.

Fantastic service. The lady that helped us was knowledgeable about all the car seats and the rules and recommendations. She was happy to talk through all the options and helped us to find the most economical car seat for us. Really helpful and no pushy sales! We will definitely go again for any further purchases!

My daughter bought a pram/pushchair here. They were most helpful with a pre sales demo. Very friendly staff. They let me try out the combination to see if it would fit in the boot of my car. Some parking outside but lots nearby. Make sure you support a great local shop.

Used Baby&Co for my initial new baby purchases and were fab then as my son has outgrown his car seat messaged Baby&Co and they got back to me straight away. They were so helpful and delivery quicker than expected. Would recommend for anyone needing baby items. Thank-you for you all the help, the seat is perfect!

I booked an appointment to look at pushchairs, Abi was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They have a great range of pushchairs on display so it was great to be able to try them all. I ordered one to be delivered to home, it arrived 24 hours later. This kind of service is so valuable as I nearly spent a lot of money on the wrong pushchair as I thought the only option was to but on line. Abi also gave me great advice on car seats, again it was great to see and compare. Worth a visit
