Personally my favourite of the Business class lounges in London. For me, this lounge never feels over crowded and there are always plenty of options for food with a really well stocked bar. The facility is maintained to a really high standard and the amenities are always on point

Bright airy, nice open layout and easy to get to. Lots of drink and food options available and everything is refreshed regularly. Plenty of comfortable seating and it's nice and quiet off down to the left.

Very busy when I was there but quieter than the general public area of Terminal 5. I was able to read my book while enjoying a drink and sandwiches. Despite being busy the loo was very well maintained. Have been on quieter days when more enjoyable

Pretty good lounge but getting worn. Needs some new furniture. Great place for a shower between long flights. Better food than most lounges. Given the location in terminal 5 it is often packed. But we always manage to find a place to settle in.

Very large and nice lounge. The staff were nice, friendly and welcoming. The lounge was tidy, clean and well maintained. The footflow is extremely high when I was there. It was difficult to find a seat with less noise to concentrate on my work but still much better than staying outside in the terminal. I managed to get my work done and enjoy some snacks during my time there. The food selection was okay and the drink selection was good.

Sounds like an entitled first-world problem review, but given this flight was out of our own pocket, so expectations were pretty high. Fairly unremarkable lounge compared to other Business Class lounges around the world, and a little disappointing for an airline's flagship home terminal. Food is fairly limited and mass produced stuff (troughs of pasta, meatballs and chicken curry, salads). Good selection of wine and spirits, but if you want Champagne you need to ask for it.

Massive lounge in the north part of the Terminal 5. This is the marquee home lounge for British Airways, so it is massive. The drink and food selection is great, drinks are self serve. The lounge does suffer from some wear and tear compared to Aspire across the terminal. Bathrooms in this lounge are dirtier and overall feel is a little more used. Up. The view through the windows at the landing strip is amazing!

Not a business class lounge. Too busy and understaffed especially with cleaners/service. I saw no proper sanitising of tables between different groups. I'd also suggest that the food is cooked to order rather than drying out in a warmer. It only takes a few mins to knock up a bacon roll!
