First time at this place and was left totally unsatisfied with my haircut. I asked for dry cut with layering and by the end it looked like a total disaster. My hair was not layered at all, it's like the lady was doing test and trial, she cut a whole chunk of hair from one side and now it looks odd compared to the other side. My side fringe was cut completely straight on the end instead of it being layered like I explained prior. I even provided pics to show her how I want it roughly, but she was obviously not listening and doing her own thing. I seriously think the lady needs to be qualified & needs better training before they attempt to cut hair. If I am paying a lot of money then I expect it to be at least decent, in the end I was really unhappy with the result and decided to go back and have my side fringe cut properly again, although I had to wait nearly 1hr and watch the rude owner give me dirty looks and weird expressions like I am an unwanted customer. What is the point of making the place look nice if the overall service is rubbish!
