WORST EXPERIANCE EVER !!!! booked an appointment in advance for 10.00am but they dont even open the shop for that time. Went in and waited just to be told member of staff who is going to do massage has not turned up at work....they dont value your time think twice before booking will never recommend. Very Poor

The receptionist at the vicarage farm road branch is extremely rude. She doesn't know how to talk to customers. She is affecting the whole customer experience. Puts me off from even going to the spa.
