The receptionist at the vicarage farm road branch is extremely rude. She doesn't know how to talk to customers. She is affecting the whole customer experience. Puts me off from even going to the spa.

This is my second visit to ayurworld and when looking for a massage I thought why not try here again. The website allows you to book for the same day - great !! You receive confirmation of your appt plus a message to advise you that the 24 hour cancellation policy applies. So when I turned up they couldn't honour my appt and tried to arrange another date. If I wanted another day I would have booked accordingly. Lucky for me, the receptionist and therapist were able to squeeze me in. Question is if I had cancelled my appt would you have charged me ? The therapist was very good, knows what she is doing and unfortunately I didn't get her name but I did feel that it was rushed at the end so finishing well before my hour slot. Obviously I was squeezed in and they still had medications etc to make up. The room was cold. The oil needs to be kept warm through out the treatment, after the first application it gets cold. Not a great feeling. The towels were damp, imagine using a damp towel after a shower- not a great experience. The showers need to be upgraded, stains and marks on the shower trays. The team were very apologetic and were happy to take the feedback which they said they pass on. On occasions like this feedback should be received from the client directly hence the review. I look forward to your response.
