I know that there is no perfect place to go but by far the best place in Rocky to get your nails done! They are skilled and creative in their craft, and very friendly too. How can you use your own finger nail to fix the cuticles of a client? No gloves in sight?! That's just ewww?! End product was so bad and they promised a refund. Told them I live a distance from Rocky and couldn't always just pop into the mall. Was told that I needed to come in to get refunded to the same card my daughter used to pay for her nails. When I got there, they refused to give me a refund because my daughter should have been with me so they could remove the nails before refunding the payment.
