Everyone enjoyed thoroughly. Reasonable prices, great views, friendly service. The one criticism would be the "normal" desserts - given the high standards of the main menu the desserts are a little ho hum (even if they are nice).

Great location overlooking Lake. First time here , 4 of us dropped in for lunch. All our meals were delicious, and nicely presented. We liked the table service , which is getting hard to find these days. Unfortunately the indoor dining area lets this restaurant down. The indoor venue lacks atmosphere, decor , tables and seating could be upgraded to compliment the great location and view, then I would consider this 5 star overall.

Breakfast with family was pleasant and enjoyed, even with the attitude of our waitress. Obviously doesn't have much time for middle aged and elderly people! Food was good, coffee was good, but expect to wait a long time to get coffees if busy. Outlook us very relaxing.

Went for lunch wasn't impressed with menu no deserts on the menu you had to look on the cake board which kept disappearing. They had 2 big tables of approx 12 people all the attention was on them after we finished our main course it was an hour before our plates were cleared people were coming and going including takeaway. We ordered coffees they had find the board another 10 mins we gave up left without coffee and desert we were a table of 3. Overall dissappointing as have been there before.

Attended on Australia Day 2019. Been here many times. Actually got married here. But today was my worst experience ever. Firstly waiter was to busy eating his own lunch not to concerned with customers. Secondly the air conditioning was not working so it was like an oven, maybe why they keep in the bar area and didn’t want to serve customers. Thirdly, I have had better counter fry ups at the local pub then what I had today. So disappointing Awaba house. You can really tell when a boss is not in. They even moved a family who I over heard had booked there wedding at the site to the formal dining area. Because of the air conditioning issue. It shows they are motivated by money and once they have and you have spent you are garbage.

Had a lovely evening at Awaba House Food was incredibly fresh with vibrant colours and flavours on the plate. Service could not be faulted with immaculate attention to detail and excellent selection of wines, which our waiter was happy to assist us pairing with our food. This is the second time I’ve been to Awaba House after a work event earlier in the year and was more impressed by their catering to large groups. Would recommend for an evening out or group event!
