the bloke behind the counter is far from friendly or helpful. A bit of helpful advise wouldn't go a miss for those customers who aren't professional electricians. If he tried to help he would probably sell quite a bit more stuff. Sack him or send him on a few customer service courses. If its your own business maybe time to sell up and do something else because you clearly hate your job
