Avon House Dental Practice bath

Just a few words to say thanks for your great service at Avon Dental. First off the receptionists (both of them, forgive me as I didn't get your names) are 10/10 for customer service, very happy chirpy and kindly assisted me with some late cancellations. I had Lynsey-Jayne Fulton as my dentist today. She was very helpful in giving me information on my teeth and gave a very relaxing atmosphere. I have previously had Pippa and Red. They also are great. So top marks for this dentist and a very kind thank you! Regards Chris H

My son (age 2.5 years) was very reluctant to see the dentist on our recent visit - despite having been a few times before. But thanks to the time Dave and Fay spent with him, encouraging him and making him feel comfortable, he changed his mind. Really impressed and grateful for such a lovely experience. Thank you!

The team at Avon House are great, so friendly and approachable. We moved to Keynsham 2 years ago and I can honestly say I am so pleased with the whole dentist surgery and especially Dave. I have been so impressed with how he has treated our whole family. He is absolutely great with our 4 year old daughter, she was terrified at first but over the 2 years seeing Dave she now sits in the chair and she looks forward to going to see him. I really can’t recommend Dave and the team enough. Thank you for stress free visits.

Pippa and the dental nurse (sorry, didn't catch her name, were both very friendly and bubbly, and very knowledgeable and informative. I have never before enjoyed a trip to the dentist before, but really felt like a customer rather than a patient. The lady on reception was also lovely, helpful and welcoming, and was happy to give me advice about my newborns dental care even though it was 545 and her shift was probably over. All 3 clearly love their job. Well done

Don’t waste your time - go elsewhere! Absolute shambles of a clinic and will have you waiting up to 6 months for simple procedures. Very unprofessional.

Excellent place. I'd not had my teeth cleaned/descaled for a long while and I'm so pleased with how Charlie took care of me, being a nervous patient with sensitive teeth. She was gentle and took her time whilst being very thorough. My teeth feel wonderful - Will actually look forward to my next visit!

We have been with this practice for 15 years, and it keeps getting better and better. Amazingly friendly Reception, great facilities and efficient upgraded tech make for a modern quality practice. My kids love going to the dentist .... and our teeth are well looked after.

I was so nervous about my my first visit but James was absolutely fantastic and made me feel very comfortable. I also saw Charlotte (the hygienist) which again was superb and I cannot recommend these guys enough. Also the young blonde lady from reception (sorry i don't know your name) has been amazing. Making me and my boys welcome and arranged all my appointments in advance for me, very welcoming. Thank you
