Avis have never let me down. The guys at Leeds downtown have always got a smile even when it seems like the chaos is winning. Great job guys. The loyalty program works well too. Every so often theres a cheeky little weekend voucher or a nice upgrade to be had.

I've rented here twice this year and both times they upgraded the car I booked free of charge. The staff are REALLY helpful - the first time I went I actually forgot my licence and they drove me home to get it. I've also rented from enterprise up the road a few times which has also always been fine but this AVIS branch seems to be less hassle. Also you can return the car out of hours which is fab.
