I been a patient of this surgery for last 13 years .suddenly they take off me from the surgery. Said I was not attended last three time. But as far as my knowledge I don't booked for any appointment. Now they tell me to find another dentist. It's not right to tell someone who is already in a treatment.

What a joke of a place !! Rude staff on the phone Had 2 appointments cancelled first one got cancelled couple days before rang up rebooked it for nearly 5 weeks later ! Then receive a text to say it’s been cancelled again ! Rude woman on the phone said to me “ how can she do your teeth when she’s at home looking after her mother who’s dieing!! Nice rude comment ! is there only one person who works here who can do a filling ? Jokas!!

Rude reception staff, incompetent dentists risk making your problems worse. £21 for 5 minutes of dentists shouting numbers with no scale and polish, advice or anything else! Only use this place if their are no other dentists taking nhs....but use it as a stop gap only

I just wanted to share how delighted I am that your new equal opportunities form included options to explain that I am transgender and non-binary. I immediately filled it in when I saw it last week. More than that - it opened the conversation to something which is very personal really. I realised it was O.K. to talk about it if I need to *in safety*. So then it meant I felt safe to write on it could the receptionist change my title from Miss to Mx (which is the title I use everywhere else to alert people to the fact I am not a man or a woman). This was done immediately. Thank you so much

I can not recommend this dental practice highly enough, the reception staff are always friendly caring and Professional. Nigel is simply the best ever dentist, and his assistant Jodie is a little gem. I am receiving the best dental care I have ever experienced, thank you so much Avalon.

Hug 🤗♥️ Wanted to say mega massive thank you to dentist and her assistant who helped me so much with pain and also for being so nice and welcoming. I had issue with my teeth for about two months. Because of covid everywhere is backlog and I couldn’t get appointment anywhere. I used to be privat patient at “Ocean Dental” in Manchester City centre. After I lost my job due to covid they refused to accept me as NHS patient and literally said to me I can come back again when I can pay. I found nearly impossible to fined dentist. After few 111 calls and after two months in pain I got appointment at AVALON CARE DENTAL PRACTICE. The dentist and her assistant (sorry I don’t even know their names) where so extremely nice to me. It didn’t even feel like you at dentist. You would not ever put these two things together but it felt so cosy like home full of care and love. It felt as if I came to see not a dentist but beloved family members. Such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Very modern, sterile, clean Dental Practice and yet so comfortable, warm, relaxed and cosy. I want to become a patient there now. Honestly I can’t wait to go back. One of the best Dental practices I ever been. THANK YOU for seeing me and accepting me when I needed it the most. I am sorry I don’t remember your names but if it helps it was room 4 on first floor. You are the best!!! I want to give you both a hug!

The staff here are so kind and helpful, it's a very calm and relaxing atmosphere to be in - for a dentists! I have been with Dr Mubeen for years and she is a lovely lady. Highly recommended professional!
