This company are quick to take the money and when goods don't materialise will not issue a refund until you return the goods that you've never received. The company trades on Amazon. My advice is avoid unless you are prepared to risk losing your money.

Ordered roof bars from this company 2 weeks ago and still nothing has turned up even though I have been informed they was despatched via 24hr courior 12 days ago, NOW TURNS OUT THIS COMPANY WAS DISSOLVED ON 20TH FEB 2018 BUT STILL TRADING ON EBAY USING THE SAME NAME, they won't answer phone calls and failed to answer messages I'm now taking proceedings to recover my stolen money, THIS COMPANY IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!

My sentiments entirely with the posts below. Don't buy of them on eBay they never send the goods but try to take the money.

Absolutely rubbish Car seat covers , no instructions just loads of pieces of imatation leather that don’t fit and a packet of clips You can ring there phone all day and get no answer, I’ll send it back and hope they refund, but some how I doubt it THEY SAID THEY REFUNDED THROUGH PAYPAL NOPE NOT THERE

Wasted a whole day off work because I traveled over an hour to find they weren't open when they'd advertised as open on both website and customer service email signature. It was midday Monday, guessed they may be out to lunch. Hung around for ages; phone rang off the hook, and emailed unanswered - eventually went home after 2+ hours. I'd emailed ahead as well. No appologies subsequently offered. Went back the next day and they were quite helpful, swapped a wrong part out and instructed me on how to fit the roof bars I had bought - hence +2 stars. Overall, wouldn't recommend.
