All the staff were very helpful and keen to put together an honest and sensible deal without pressurising at all. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process and was even quite happy to part with my hard earned cash! That must be the hallmark of good customer service. The handover was very smooth with sufficient time allocated to make the customer feel at ease and able to ask all the sometimes very basic but important questions about my Range Rover. Particular thanks to Kez for his patience, willingness to please and general customer care.

I am very happy with my new car, my first Mercedes S class which is an absolute joy even just to sit in and do nothing! My thanks go to Terry and Ash who helped me out any way they could . Terry picked me up from the station and the whole team at Autoprestige made me feel very welcome. The car is stunning and seems to have been well looked after. It was given a new MOT and valet before I picked up. Autoprestige is a very fair and welcoming company who look after their customer. Many thanks to you all once again.

Family run so helpful bend over backwards to help customers payed finance off same day and shows you its payed that's never happened at an other car dealer I've been too checked car online before I travelled up 367 miles had 6 months mot collected car now got full 12 months and fully valeted took me too post office to tax car two different ones and even took the time to show me way back to m6 (by me following one of the guys in there car) thanks for going above and beyond customers service is faultless 👍👍👍

What a great family owned business, took my grandson there for his first car and they couldn't have been more helpful. They even picked us up from the train station when we went to collect the car which had been given a full mot even though it still has six months to run. They helped him tax the car at the premises too. Thankyou to all the staff a great place and good experience. Highly recommend and hope we can do business in the future.
