Automaster Ltd cardiff

During 2019 I have had the pleasure of experiencing the superb customer service from Automaster on three or more occasions my Rapido motorhome needing complicated repairs/upgrade to the Dometic Fridge/Freezer and recently the Truma Combi boiler unit plus other small electrical and bodywork issues. I am more than happy to drive 3 hours from home down the M4 to get to them for repair issues on my A-Class motorhome, nothing seems beyond them. They are unique as far as I can tell in being able to cover everything on cars, caravans, camper vans, motorhomes other leisure and light commercial vehicles all in one place, no need for mobile repair agents. What stands out is their reassuring friendly manner and quiet confidence with solid abilities to just get any problems fixed using imagination and skills borne out of years of experience with the official trainings etc. Debbie is a class act with super customer communication skills and the whole team are worthy of at least 5 stars, Leighton, Paul, and of course Peter. I really cannot recommend Automaster (S Wales) Ltd highly enough, simply the best there is in this field.

I had issues with a new motorhome purchased up country. Via Swift website I chose Automaster for the repairs. I chose them purely because my friend had a small issue with his fridge many years ago and told me how good they were. I was certainly not disappointed. They fixed everything plus a recall item without fuss. I will most certainly be taking my van there for servicing and habitation and cannot praise them enough.

Have been using these guys for my Motorhome for a few yrs now / literally no job too big or small. They obviously know their stuff and get the job done to a high standard. I’ve had poor experiences with other garage/repairs - happy to say no such issues with Auto Master.

I've used Automaster on several occsions. They recently installed air conditioning and an awning on our motorhome. Always professional and ready with sound advice. Highly recommended.

I can't rate these people highly enough! We took our much-loved 1992 Talbot Autosleeper Campervan in with an engine problem. Another company had tried and failed to fix the problem. Rob diagnosed the problem and went above and beyond to get it right. The van is now running better than it ever has!!! Rob and the team are lovely people as well. If you have a problem with your van or caravan go here first!!

Contacted this company in relation to sourcing & repairing a PDU in my motorhome.Both Peter,Rob & Leighton were extremely professional & went the extra mile to help us & kept us informed of developments.Will definitely be using this company in the future for our Motorhome needs.Would strongly recommend this company.
