We have a 2007 family car and one year after the purchase I trust this garage completely. We had the MOT done with them as well. Thanks to them I know my car is safe, they did work when the car needed it and sent me home with a incredibly cheap bill when they couldn't find anything wrong with it except "It makes noises because is old". I know of other places that would find "something". They explain everything they did and I will recommend them to whoever ask me for a great garage.

Rudest customer service I have received from anywhere, ever. Booked my car for an MOT - arrived 9am Tues, tried to explain that a dashboard light had come on over the bank holiday weekend (when they were closed, so I could not have informed them) and was met with a brick wall of complete unhelpfulness and hostility. Got 2 mins down the road and was so furious I went back and took my car away again; they didn't even bother to ask why.

Fantastic service - sensibly priced. After having several bad experiences with garages in Cambridge I found AutoKare, they provide a knowledgeable, honest and professional service. In a previous job I used to be a service technician for an independent Volvo garage in Somerset who provided a similar service - hard to find these days so thanks Autokare!

Great guys who give a good price for a great job

Edit: I’ve been with these guys for several years now. I can’t recommend them enough. They’re always helpful and informative and the bill is always shockingly reasonable. THESE GUYS ARE HIDDEN AROUND THE CORNER. THERE IS ANOTHER GARAGE THAT IS MORE VISIBLE. IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WITH AUTOKARE THEN MAKE SURE YOU ACTUALLY GO TO AUTOKARE. I made that mistake and now regret it. Autokare were lovely, communicative and extremely helpful once I actually found them.

Absolute legends once again. On top of the initial work required they picked up on an engine vibration I've had for a long time but thought nothing of, they replaced a motor mount and it feels like a completely different car. Always enthusiastic about showing you the worn parts and the work they've done as well. Thanks again.

I cannot recommend this garage highly enough. I called them after being let down for my annual service and MOT by my dealership, looking for at least an MOT which I needed urgently as it ran out in 4 days. They fitted my car in, did the necessary repair to pass the MOT, and then were also able to do a service too all in an afternoon!! So grateful and will be using AutoKare for my car needs from now on.

Absolutely top service, quick, professional and insightful. It is not easy to find folk who are good at servicing vintage cars in the Cambridge area, but my Scimitar and I will most certainly be coming back to these guys. A real pleasure to deal with and critical transport for me at this time as an NHS frontline staff.
