Auto City london

Made a complete mess of the inside of my car. It was spotless inside when I brought it to them and now both the drive & passenger seat has an oil stain on it and the door handles are covered in grease. Won't be going back

Once again , Auto City has come up trumps. This is my second review as i now have a different car. I have a vauxhall insignia estate, in which the previous owner added a lot of electrics .To be honest the wiring was a mess. And when i took it to these guys to sort out a failed boot switch, it had them scratching their heads a bit. But as usual ,they found the problem and fixed it to a high standard. Auto City understand that we need our cars, and get the job done with the minimum of delay. They are also good on their costs. And i have never had a shock when i pick up their bill. Happy days. Thanks guys

Extremely friendly people. Massive garage and loads of mechanics. I my car broke down, down the road and I called them. They came out in a matter of minutes.

Called them told them my car was lower from the back they said we could do wheel alignment on low rides went there they could not get it on the ramp they also wanted to waste more of my time by giving the car in the whole day bunch of cowboys I took it to elite in Rainham they charge me less and did the job 5 stars in rainham recommend to take your car to rainham elite if your car is lowered hope this helps never in my life going to auto City poor service

I went to this garage on a recommendation from a friend. The garage has a professional outlook and the work I had carried out on my vehicle was very competently completed. My vehicle had several faults other garages were unable to rectify. I would highly recommend.

I had a problem with the exhaust system on my car. It needed a part replacing and some welding work being carried out. I rang the garage for a quotation and Rajiv who answered the phone suggested that I bring the car in so he could examine it properly on the ramp before giving a quotation. I took the car in and the final bill was £2.78 for the part and £40 for labour!! I had been quoted over £300 by another garage. How refreshing not to be ripped off by garages who charge for unnecessary work. I shall certainly be using these guys again and will be recommending them to family and friends. A big thanks to Rajiv and the team. You have restored my faith in garages and mechanics.
