I booked over the phone while we travelled from Melbourne, and Jo on the phone was so pleasant, polite and helpful! My first impressions from this interaction were high. Then on arrival she remembered my first name just from hearing my last name (which I think is an excellent skill and makes people feel like they aren't just a number), and gave me a wonderful suggestion for a dinner location which we took her word on and thankfully it was an amazing place with very nice food and a giant kids play area that our kids had a ball at after travelling for hours in the car. The rooms have just been renovated I think, so they are wonderfully modern and it was a perfect overnight stop for us. We would definitely stay here again, a very positive stay for us.

Thank you we stayed last night with our fur baby. The Initial phone was really positive and helpful. Jo suggested that if we where running late to ring and speak to Cassidy, which I did. Cassidy was very helpful and left the key for us and put milk in the fridge. The room was amazing very big and all we needed. The shower was magnificent. I am coming back here for a holiday. The beds and pillows were fantastic. Thank you again 🄰
