I didn't end up staying at this place. Reasons: Owner and her rude partner tried to screw me over. I was quoted $262 for 2 nights for 2 adults and 1 child and upon arrival the owner told me I need to pay another $50 for my child. Even though their website says $10 for a child. Rooms are dirty and smelly. The pool is green and dirty. When I told the owner I am going to put in a review they shouted at me and said they don't care because no one looks at the reviews and they used to bad reviews. They obviously just after the money and not customer service. And the poor cleaners looks overworked and unhappy. This is a bad dirty grubby place with very aggressive and rude owners and they don't even deserve a 1 star. I hope the tourist board investigates this place!!!!

Was really disappointed with this motel, they said the hotel was closed for renovations but the hotel was open for ‘selected’ guests. The women in reception was rude, as though we were interrupting her. We paid $200 a night for this place, the sheets smelt and the stuffing was coming out the couches. I never read the reviews on hotel.com before we booked I wish we had. Please avoid this place there are much better in town.

Rooms are outdated and very dirty. Booked online with a complimentary breakfast supposed to be included, but never got it. Room smells of curry. Hotel is across the road from a 24hr service station with a flood light that blasts the hotel with light. In short, only stay if you want a quick overnight stop on the cheap. Oh and also had the displeasure of a grub smoking outside our room.

The most pathetic place I have ever booked to stay. Could only stay there for 2 hours. Found pieces of broken glass on the floor , had my 2 year old son with me. Informed the owner that there was glass pieces and food on the floor which can hurt any of us. They didn’t even bother to offer to vacuum but instead said that they don’t have enough workers at the time due to Christmas, how ridiculous. Spoke to the lady at receptionist, the rudest person I have ever met, refused to refund or negotiate. We left straight. Could stay there any longer when the guests safety is not of any concern to owner. Wasn’t even cheap, paid $130 for the night. Would not recommend any one to stay at this place even for free. RUDE STAFF AND HORRIBLE SERVICE
