This is the fourth time we’ve used them and they have always been brilliant. So professional and hardworking. This time we used them to pack our 4 bed house as well and everything arrived in pristine condition. Particularly impressed as it was over 30 degrees on both days and they just got on with it amazingly.

Was really impressed - the 3 guys did such a thorough and careful job of packing up our stuff then put everything where we asked for and kept checking in with us to make sure we were happy with what was being done. Money very well spent in my opinion. Thank you!

When we had to move suddenly, stress was through the roof. When we had to move the weekend that my flatmate was at Glastonbury things seemed even more insurmountable. I booked Aussie Man and Van having used them before. The morning I was due to move from a fourth floor flat to another fourth floor flat - on one of the hottest days of the year - I was at first given the wrong keys to the new flat - I thought it was going to be a bad day! However, when the guys arrived, they quickly had everything under control, were undaunted by the weather or the stairs, and got to work. They worked like Trojans and had to be encouraged to have a break.They took the stress out of the move and were friendly and entertaining guys. I wholeheartedly recommend them, you’ll be in safe and capable hands. Thanks for all your help guys!

A move is never an easy task but with these guys it was an enjoyable experience. Three "Aussie Men" moved our small office on Friday. Very efficient, quick and polite service. I also have to add the efficient pre-service from the office when everything was organised...very informative, efficient, helpful service. I definitely will recommend this company.

Damaged my desk during a move, by placing is upside down in their truck which was full of grit and material that scratched it all over. When I complained I was told because I didn't take out an extra insurance option they wouldn't do anything about it. They refused to provide their insurance details, and when I asked to speak to Anthony Ward-Thomas (the MD) he was rude and patronising (telling me to "stop whinging"). I'm happy to provide a copy of correspondence to anyone who is interested. The sale of additional insurance cover does not under UK law change liability for damage or loss, and these guys either don't know that (unlikely), or knowingly lied to shirk liability. If you want to use these guys, you can take from my experience that if anything does happen (and accidents do happen) that they will not stand up to it at all.

Fast and friendly service, would use again. EDIT - did use again and very happy with the service! Very fast, they dismantled and reassembled a very tricky wardrobe really quickly. the communication was good too.

Initially I left a 1 star review without explanation and the company responded with a stock answer about contacting them. Our experience was not very good. We used them for a house move. The guys turned up on time and were friendly & polite, however they did manage to tear our leather sofa due to clumsiness. When we raised it with the office and asked to make a claim for the repair we were completely and repeatedly ghosted despite phoning and emailing several times. In the end we had to claim on our own insurance, pay the excess etc. The company never did provide their insurance details or pay to repair the damage they caused. I cannot recommend them if they don't take responsibility for their mistakes when things go wrong.

Used for office removal and storage. Communication was great, quick responses and good value. Would recommend.

We recently moved house and had a great experience with Aussie Man and Van. Our movers were very polite, efficient, and professional. They arrived right on time (a few minutes early, in fact) and made quick work of the job while also being careful with our belongings. We appreciated that they also wore masks while indoors. They really took the stress out of the day. Would happily recommend them.
