2/ 5

Staff were really friendly and welcoming, the salon itself is really clean and smelled lovely. But I was really disappointed with my lash extensions, I didn’t like the final look and friends said they looked awful, they were clumpy and big chunks of clue with big bunches of lashes stuck together they were in all different directions and irritating my eye. Some of the lashes were trimmed after they’d been applied so didn’t look natural. I had to Returned the next day and they fixed the problem wasting more of my time. I still had to go get them taken out at a different salon and redone costing me for the removal and to have them redone spent over twice as much. I wasn’t offered any sort of complimentary discount or service for the inconvenience. I paid £45 for lashes I wasnt at all happy with. Would go there for other treatments facials massage etc but not to get my lashes done. Emma and Steph were lovely to deal with and tried to correct any issues so 5/5 for customer service
