Very poor service, I left my eyebrow waxing appointment with a burn just above my eye. When I complained they were very dismissive (just told me to use aloe vera like this is not a big deal) and didn't even offer an apology. I am very disappointed and I will not be back.

Love this spa. Wide range of treatments and products and well trained therapists, never had a bsd experience. On the down side, parking in the area is challenging at peak times and I've never seen any deals in this spa.
