First class customer service from start to finish from Paul. He could have not been more accommodating to our situation having had an extremely upsetting experience with another dealer. Due to this there was a delay with the finance process however, empathy and patience was evident throughout. Nothing was too much to ask for and did not feel under pressure at any point to purchase a vehicle. Very knowledgeable and genuine. Will definitely be returning for any future vehicle purchases. Just bought my first Audi Q5, from the very first phone call I knew I was dealing with a very professional company. When I drove the Q5 out the garage for the first time I was not disappointed.
