Paid for the top wash. Had issues with the standard of wheel cleaning in the past, so got out to che

Paid for the top wash. Had issues with the standard of wheel cleaning in the past, so got out to check. Still filthy. Went back round and they agreed to wash them again. Stupidly, trusted they would actually be clean now and drove off. Got home and still filthy. Used this company's car washes elsewhere and no issues, but this one just can't clean wheels.
