Tracking done after an issue being discovered by another garage, when changing the tyres, that lacked the equipment to resolve. Booked in within 3 hours same day. Very professional service, you can watch the work being done and there was even a screen showing the misalignment. Reasonably priced. Glad I discovered ATS and had such a good experience, will be using for servicing next time.

Although staff are polite was let down by them. Ordered tyres Monday told next day delivery. Phoned Thurs left number with young staff member never called back. Found they didn't order tyres went elsewhere instead.

Good for tyres, but honestly take your car elsewhere for tracking. Bought 2 new rear tyres and had computer tracking at extra cost. New tyres fitted, but alignment was awful: was left with a car with non-centre steering wheel, DSC/DTC faults, dangerous handling (ATS had spent the best part of 3hrs trying to track, and threw the towel in). Subsequently took my car elsewhere, where they took 10mins to resolve and clear all faults (at extra cost to me of course). Still not been refunded for poor alignment job.

Took my car here for an MOT and servicing in mid August this year, and paid for new brake pads and discs at the time as suggested. In late September I noticed some intermittent issues with my car, which suggested something was wrong with the braking system. I brought it back to them in November and described the symptoms, and myself suggested it might be related to the caliper sticking and causing the brakes to not be working correctly. I left it with them for the day and they came back and said the couldn't find an issue with it. On the drive back I had more of the same symptoms (difficulty picking up speed and heat emanating from near one of the front wheels). I decided to take it to a different garage where they pointed out that the caliper needed to be replaced as well as the brake discs which had been worn down and had been overheating. Although the staff seem friendly, I would not recommend taking your vehicle here for servicing as they failed to identify my problem at least once, if not twice as this was probably a related issue at the time of the original servicing. I have had to pay for two sets of brake discs and pads, and have had the hassle of taking the car to multiple places. I can only hope the issue wasn't ignored the second time to avoid having to redo the work on warranty.
