I was shown how much wear I had left on my tyres, and how best to keep an eye on them. My wheel alignment was out and the computer screen provided a visible demonstration as to how far they were out! The team were very helpful and friendly. Pricing also good.

Very disappointing, I asked them to fix a flat on my lorry, just about 1/2 mile away from them at 4:

Very disappointing, I asked them to fix a flat on my lorry, just about 1/2 mile away from them at 4:30 pm, order number U406MA534, they said someone from their 0800 service will call me with a time and price, they never did and when I called them again after one hour, I was told that they might take up to four hours to send someone there starting the moment I'll pay them. I was not told the price and they have never called me back. I had to find alternative service.
