I've not had a bad experience here. All of the GPs, Nurses and reception staff have been very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely won't be changing practices soon!

They never pick up. I can say after years of using this surgery I think they've picked up the phone in the morning during "emergency" appointments once or twice out of the hundred times I've called.

I found reception to be very unfriendly until I was short back and then the attitude changed. The doctor I saw was extemely unhelpful and was essentially guessing with me what it is that could be wrong and didn't do any basic checks. I have since joined a different surgery and much happier.

Its a shame i cant score lower than one star because i still think this is generous, some (not all) of the staff are incredibly rude, they really dont want to help you at all, you have to wait weeks for an appoinment and be made to feel as if its your fault you need to see a doctor. This is by far the worst doctors surgery i have ever had to deal with in my life, some of the staff struggle with basic people skills. Im glad that i am not ill all the time and i rarely use them (once a year maybe) but most the times i have had to use this "service" its been a terrible experience. I would like to say though its not everyone here that is rude and i can imagine that some of the staff here genuinely want to help you but unfortunately they are let down by the staff that cant perform well in thier roll.

The absolute worst doctors I have ever been with. I was left with an ectopic pregnancy for over 3 weeks. sent for blood test after blood test, was told I just losing a twin and I was still pregnant before actually reading my notes. rushed into hospital for an emergency op same day I was told It definately was not ectopic even though all my symptoms pointed to this. I nearly died due to their negligence.

Absolutely useless, referrals never seem to actually be done, incorrect medication prescribed, my daughter had some tests done and they failed to enter the correct tests and after 2 weeks of not hearing back, we chased them up and was told she tested negative for salmonella, which she wasn't even meant to be tested for (lactose intolerance etc) so still have no definitive answer for that. The receptionist is God awful hopeless, seems to think she's a PA to an A list exclusive celebrity, but is actually a receptionist for somewhere I can't believe is NHS associated and I fail to understand how they have GCSE's between them, let alone some of the staff having had gone through medical schooling, attempting to change GP's as I'm beyond fed up of their shambles of a practice.

Couldn't manage a call back, then proceeded to tell me I had to speak to the hospital. The hospital had told me to speak to them. They wouldn't listen and just repeated that I had to speak to the hospital. Terrible service can't even listen properly, let alone manage patients. Horrendous
