Athelis Club & Spa – Warrington

Had the most amazing day at the spa, everything was beautiful from the changing rooms to the spa and facilities itself. Can’t thank the staff enough. From the moment we arrived they made us feel extremely welcome especially Phillipa. Nothing was too much trouble from showing us round to getting us our lunch orders. Thank you to Charlotte ( especially for looking after me when I wasn’t feeling to well) and both her and Charlotte for my treatments. Would highly recommend to all. You have exceptional staff working for you which made the visit even more memorable.

I got to visit Athelis as a guest recently and I had to write this review. From start to finish it was exceptional. My immediate feeling upon walking through the doors was just “wow”. I could sense the touch of class and elite attention to detail that Athelis have aimed for. The staff on the main reception desk were very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome right from the outset. Everywhere was thoroughly clean and clearly well maintained. The facilities and amenities weren’t missing anything and everything I needed within my visit was supplied, plus more. Even though the club screams supreme with its facilities, overall customer feel and first class aesthetic detailing I did not feel like I was “out of place” or would not feel welcome should I become a member myself, both with staff and any of the club members that were there. In fact, with all the staff I encountered they were very friendly and like nothing was too much trouble. I came away feeling incredibly relaxed from my experience of the facilities and I’ve yet to try Aria Spa! One thing I really picked up on was that it really didn’t feel over crowded. It was certainly busy enough (and I’m really not surprised why) with a lot of happy club members enjoying themselves but there is an abundance of space and things to do whilst there. I have been a member of various gyms / clubs previously but Athelis really does have a superior edge without the pretence and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit, so much so I jumped on the website on the car ride home to look at my membership options and cannot wait to be back there again, including enjoying some quality time with my young family.

Melinda!! You are an amazing therapist who listens to your clients needs and makes them feel super relaxed and comfortable. My facial and a back massage was probably one of the best iv had in a long time - I just can’t wait to rebook again to extend the treatment time as 25 minute was just not long enough! The best birthday day! Thank you so much 💖✨ All the girls in Aria Spa are amazing, professional and nothing is too much trouble. From the minute you walk through the door you are looked after 💖 Thank you for a lovely day girls can’t wait to come back soon xx 😘

Absolutely excellent start to finish can’t recommend enough. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Facilities and food were 5 star too. Highly recommend.

From start to finish the whole day was amazing. We were made to feel so special by all members of staff and the facilities, service and food were all excellent. I had a massage treatment with Melinda who is so lovely and fab at her job! I will definitely be coming back soon and recommending Aria to friends and family.
