Dont answer the phone and general poor customer service. Still not received my £200 pound deposit back as of 2 weeks later which is ridiculous. Emails not replies to etc.

Poor customer experience during this time of need, we had a booking for next weekend and due to the fact we have been told to quarantine we have had to cancel our trip. No refund, no reply to my message on booking.com, no offer to help. In a time where every little helps this a poor effort by Atana to show community support. I’ve stayed a few times before but this will be last time as they have showed there true money driven colours.

Lovely apartments in the heart of the city. Had to stop here during the lockdown, as i was stranded. The guys on site were very help and friendly. Highly recommend.

Do NOT stay here! Surprise you with ridiculous ‘deposits’ you don’t get back. Don’t answer the phone and general rubbish customer service. Definitely read reviews before you book as we made this mistake. Disgusting scammers for money

Small apartment with everything you needed, city centre near shops, NCP, gym and lots of food options. 1 star knocked off because TV didn't work, however free WiFi allowed us to watch Netflix on laptop

Never stay here. Filthy. Above kebab shop. Rip off

Absolute joke of a company .. during lockdown where we are told to stay at home... they are telling us we cant get a refund.... these kind of businesses is why this pandemic is getting worse... money robbers... you should be ashamed...
