I used to only go to barbers and pay 15 pound for someone to butcher my hair with clippers and then send me on my way with a haircut I didn’t want. I started going to at sisters and have been a regular customer every time I want my hair cut ever since. They wash and condition my hair with products that work well with my naturally curly hair and give me the exact hair cut I want every time and it only usually costs me about 20 pound. The hairdressers always give great service and I’m really happy this place has stayed open during lockdown.

Fabulous treatments and hair styling. The therapists and stylists are talented, professional and knowledgeable as well as good craic! They're also doing a great job of keeping everyone safe.

Really good covid precautions. Feel really confident going for treatments. Lovely friendly staff too 😊

Just been here first time today for waxing. Jo was very professional and I would like to thank you for your outstanding service. Had a lovely chat. Very clean place, good customer service and affordable prices. Would 100% recommend.

I thought it was a waste of money. I booked 2 appointments for the same morning as I needed both my lashes curled and my hair cut. I chose At Sisters for the convenience as they offered both services. When I arrived, I was informed the lash appointment would come first as I wouldn't want to lie on newly styled hair and risk ruining it - this makes sense. At the end of the appointment the beauty technician advised me to avoid steam or water for at least 24 hours to give the lashes a chance to set. The result from the lash treatment was good but unfortunately this didn't last for long. The second appointment started with a hair wash and the hot water splashed all over my eyes, and of course the lashes. At the end of the appointment my hairdresser told me I had to pay a surcharge for my longer hair. This was not quoted to me at the time of booking and came as a surprise. A few hours later, I checked my lashes in the mirror and noticed the lashes had begun to uncurl. I have had my lashes curled before and results tend to last at least 4-6 weeks. By next morning, my lashes were back to their original poker straight self. I have no doubts that this happened because my hair was washed immediately after the lash treatment, DESPITE being advised to keep away from water and steam for at least a day afterwards. That was a big waste of £49 I could have spent elsewhere. Positives: The decor, the variety of treatments available, ease of booking and convenient location.

I had my hair done with a hairdresser at the salon but I was unhappy with the result and my overall visit to the salon. Thank you for reaching out and fixing my issue, its very nice to see you run a professional business and really look after your clients. I'm very happy with the new result and would return. Claire did an amazing job with my colour and haircut - the colour is just what I had hoped for and my hair looks so healthy and shiny. Jodie took care of my brows and unwanted facial hair and it was a great experience. I will definitely be coming back to @sisters again!!! Quality work, excellent customer service, very clean and careful with masks and protective screens - everything you could hope for. I highly recommend this salon.

I went to At Sisters today to get waxing done. Jo who did my procedure was a consummate professional and worked her magic to make the procedure more pleasant. It was a very positive experience and highly recommended.
