We had an alarm at our previous house and the company who fitted it and maintained it were a disaster to deal with from the start (also a smaller alarm company). Your company have been significantly better! Ian (the engineer) clearly know what he is talking about and is thorough, covering everything I wanted to know. He is obviously an expert in what he does and he was also patient with my daughter wanting to chat to him while he worked too. Please pass on my thanks. We have used Astron for over 6 years now and have their fire and intruder systems at 4 working premises including our veterinary practices and admin offices. We appreciate the local connection and ease of access to the directors to get things moving quickly when we need it.
