SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT BOOK HERE!! I had high hopes when booking the Aspire Lounge considering the price, dress code etc - hopes that were not met at all. Here’s a few reasons as to why I’m making this a negative review: - staff were rude and unhelpful - unless you are “prim and proper” you won’t feel comfortable here - another member of the public argued with my fiancé over a SEAT in the lounge (other person was in the wrong) but the staff did nothing to dissolve the situation - the food was revolting to say the least We were just average holiday goers, expecting the lovely VIP treatment you PAY FOR, and didn’t get it whatsoever. Only plus side was we could charge our phones before the flight. We spent an hour in there, this would have been cut shorter had we not had to charge our phones, then headed off to the busier areas of the airport and had a much better experience, with friendlier people too!

The staff spent more time talking rather than clearing or seeing to customers comfort. Food poor overcooked been sitting for too long bread roll too dry to eat. On questioning about the bread rolls they said they knew they were dry but was a management decision. Date of visit 25/03/19 breakfast time visit 7a.m. Will not use again overcharged and underperformed.

Had a very nice relaxed and quiet wait for our flight, staff very helpful, very clean, nice selection of food and snacks, nice drinks selection from tea and coffee to beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks. Would advise to pre book, but worth every penny.

So you don't do dairy for whatever reason? Well tough. There's only butter to go with the bread rolls and nobody can be bothered to order non dairy spread, although it can be found everywhere. As usual, great if you eat meat, fish and dairy but for the rest of us just sit back and enjoy watching others tucking in to 3 courses. No labelling of food either. Could be so much better with a little thought. Thank god for the bar!

I am always very happy with this when I use it. For early morning Friday flights you cannot beat it. Stag Do and Hen Night rabble pack out all the bars and restaurants in the airport but the Aspire Lounge is totally civilised and relaxed and you can get a drink and some food in peace. A great way to start a weekend away.

If Bristol airport gets busier this lounge is going to be too small. The staff are efficient and friendly. Decent choice of breakfast options, I don't get to go through there at other mealtimes.

Didn't really live up to the price or description. Food was more what I'd have expected for a lower class lounge. Good array of alcohol on offer and friendly staff
