I received an extremely professional and friendly service from Hannah and the rest of the team at Ashtons Acomb branch. I was buying a house from them and sincerely wished I had chosen them to sell mine as well!! They were fully supportive during solicitor issues I was experiencing and although they were not officially acting for me in any capacity, they all made sure that I was updated where necessary and were quick and courteous with my requests. Thank you so much everyone for calming the waters for me, much appreciated :-)

Can not fault the team at Ashtons in Acomb, They all went above and beyond to assist us in our sale and purchase, they were in constant contact and always more than happy to help where possible to help everything go smoothly (Despite being put under pressure by me stressing from time to time!). Big thanks to Kennedy, Sarah and most of all Hannah who was always on the other end of the phone and more than happy to help, nothing was too much trouble. I have used Ashtons in the past and would certainly recommend them to anybody looking to sell or purchase property. Great service! Hannah was completely professional, answered all our questions honestly and didn't try to 'hard sell' to us. Amy and her team were fantastic in selling my house at the end of the Summer this year. I had bought the property via Ashton's initially and after a period of renovation and enjoying the house decided to sell it with them. Amy was in regular contract throughout ensuring minimal stress for all parties, oh and did I mention she got me a full price offer only 3 days after listing!

Our experience with Ashtons couldn't have been better really for our recent sale and purchase. We had an asking price offer within a week and despite a lengthy period where we were waiting on solicitors they managed the relationship with our buyers so well that it wasn't too stressful. Special thanks to Ollie who was our main contact for most of the time and kept us up to date and reassured throughout.

Post-sale, Ashtons were absolutely brilliant. Amy worked tirelessly to help try and secure our housing chain, especially when things were rough. It felt at times like she was single handedly co-ordinating things! Pre-sale was a bit different (hence 4 stars). Some of the reps were really good and showed multiple people around the property. However there were a number of times where reps didn't show up on time, or in some cases just knew nothing about the property.

Highly recommend the Acomb branch for a fantastic service. From the first valuation visit where Jade demonstrated compassion about our situation (a sudden bereavement) and an impressive knowledge about the area and house sales we knew we were in safe hands. The valuation hugely exceeded our expectations (and other agents valuations) but with a flexible, no contract approach that meant we could change agent whenever we chose we had nothing to lose giving them the chance to try for this price - although we fully expected to have to reduce it in the coming weeks. The admin team were amazing answering all our questions and arranging lots of viewings efficiently and professionally. To our joy the house generated lots of interest and offers and sold for above the asking price in just over a week - we were amazed, relieved and so very grateful for the service and support we received. Thank you Jade for introducing us to Ashtons - you are a complete ambassador for your agency, thank you to Andrew for the viewings and to Janet, Hannah, Fran, Sarah and Oliver for arranging the viewings, keeping us informed and keeping everything ticking along. Apologies if I've missed anyone! The house sale completed yesterday and we are so very grateful to you all for making a sad situation stress free and ensuring Duncan's legacy for his son was maximised. Thank you.
