Helen is an authentic person. It follows then that her classes are honest, thoughtful and sensitive. Several comments and reviews suggest that other people have a similar experience. If you read them you might notice that they are thought out and personalised- Not the usual 'Great Class' generics! Would definitely recommend.

It is always a delight to attend Helen’s classes when in Liverpool. I am a keen Ashtanga Yoga practitioner and under Helen’s tutelage, I continue to thrive on the challenges of this particular style of yoga and the surrounding philosophies. Every class is a learning experience in itself. Her advanced practice and knowledge is inspirational and I continue to make progress on both a physical and emotional level. Her anatomical awareness is amazing and with careful guidance I have managed to overcome 2 shoulder injuries and a knee injury. Over the years, she has given me sound advice on how to overcome personal limitations for the more challenging postures and I am delighted to have recently been given some Intermediate Series postures. Helen is a kind, patient and conscientious teacher. She is attentive in class and manages to be personable to all students, even when the group is pretty big. Whether you are new to yoga or an advanced practitioner, I can highly recommend her as an Ashtanga Yoga teacher for all levels. It is a pleasure to be her student.

I have spent years avoiding classes and group situations due to social anxiety. I attended Helen’s class 2 weeks ago and loved every minute of it. I’m a complete beginner but Helen is very approachable and I felt at total ease and relaxed in her class. I’m looking forward to learning and achieving much more.

About 2,5 years ago I had my first yoga class. Helen was the teacher that made me fall in love with yoga. I've been having massive back pain (because of my severe scoliosis) since i remember me. After a couple of months the pain slowly stated to disappear. I went for the body and stayed for the mind. Helen's classes are absolutely amazing. Mind, body and soul! I recommend it with all my heart, spine and mind!

I have been going to Helen's class for about half a year now and I've really seen the difference in my practice! She takes the time to give each student the tuition they need whether you're advanced or a beginner. The class has a really great atmosphere and I couldn't recommend it enough.
