Friendly company. So easy to order. The person who delivered the the turfs took them straight out to the garden. I was short of 2 and worried I would not get them to finish the work. Phoned them up and collected the following week. Great customer service. Thank you all. Highly recommend.

This is the fourth delivery I have had from Willows and the service and quality has been good. However the last delivery of 100x100 post was poor quality as the pictures will show. They told me that the wood was freshly saw and treated but from the state of the wood I think these were from the bottom of pile and wet/ starting to rot in yard

Good quality, cheaper than most places and lots of stock. Staff are friendly as you like and helpful. Not like your normal trade counters where the guys expect you to know exactly what you want in order to complete a job. Communications are quick.
