Low prices and great amount of choice. Checkout speed has increased significantly after new checkouts were installed end of 2021. I was able to return a defect item without any problems. When it gets busy, there can be a lack of shopping carts / baskets.

Pretty much your average supermarket. It does get busy during the weekends. There's plenty on offer but not as much luxury items as other brands. The condition of items quickly become a mess considering how many people visit. There is new trolley self service tills which reduce the normal tills by 50% which is both good and bad depending if you want to go through the whole packing experience or not. Make sure you bring £1 coin for trolley use.

I came after ages as I was hungry. Huge and busy branch. Open 24 hours. Well laid out. Staff are pleasant. Sandwich was OK. Cheap. Avoid peak times when it is super busy.

Huge store. Well maintained . Huge stocks of items, neatly placed in shelves and vegetables and fruits in baskets. All items neatly stacked in rows of shelf and prominently displayed. Enough number of cash counters to catter for billing. On addition there are scan and pay counters available, for self use. Overall had an awesome experience.

Many customers not wearing face masks and the store was too crowded. This ASDA doesn't seem to be operating a traffic light customer capacity system like other supermarkets. Don't think I'll be visiting the store again anytime soon.
