Asda Twickenham Supermarket london

It seems that if the shelf price differs from the checkout (ie the checkout is more expensive) it's your fault. When I pointed this out at the 'help point' the gentleman there wasn't at all helpful. "Your contract is at the computer"! So the advertised shelf prices are irrelevant!? Very off hand and not helpful or sympathetic. Hmmm.

My favourite medium sized supermarket. Quality is as good as any and often better. Very good selection to choose from. Imaginative buying by the Asda Team. One feels a lot of thought has gone into filling the shelves in this store.

I've been visiting the store quite often recently, but my today's visit was rather unpleasant. I was queuing at the till and the tiller ( man with the grey hair in his 50s) said something looking at me while serving other customer, and because i am partly deaf , I wasn't sure what was it and whether he was really referring to me ( I assumed he asked if I was alright) , so I nodded my head a few times just in case. He gave me a not very happy look and when I looked away he mocked me a couple of times . What a bully! I could have said something to him, but living with my disability makes me feel so not confident! I've left in tears. Will be shopping at Tesco from now on.

Member of staff called Trina upset my wife by commenting on what she buys. This woman is rude to customers and rude to other staff members. She thinks she is above the other staff and I have seen her upset staff with her bossy rudiness. When I wanted to speak with her manager I was told he wasn't there and he was abs he sent his lacky down. It's clear the manager doesn't care about his customers. Some great staff down there like Elaine and Christina but Trina let's them all down as she is rude rude rude

I’m coming here since 2017,but I never seen at least once this waste bin empty!!always is extra full of rubbish!! I can make photos every day with this bin and all of them will look the same like this one.shame... Another think: the coloured lady from the counter is very very rude and rasist!!

PUBLIC WARNING ANNOUNCEMENT!! Do not use this Asda anymore!! There is a severe BURGLARY/ CAR THEFT issue at this stores parking area where our car was smashed into last night in the middle of the evening! We reported it to the store who were of course 0 help as they informed us there are NO SECURITY CAMERAS outside & that they have experienced NUMEROUS car thefts in the last few months. Very incompetent management of the shop to not do anything about these issues! How do you expect repeat customers here if we get burgled everytime?? And there are police cars every week?? Very off putting and we will not be returning to this unprofessional branch. Youve all been warned, enter at your own very high risk of safety & personal loss!

Very small compared to the majority of the rest of the ASDAs, quite old and with limited supply/choice, not impressed at all. The lady at the till was not interested about customer service, not a "hello", "please", "thank you", did not like this shopping experience one bit. The only plus side is the bus stop right in front of it & the vicinity to Twickenham station. Definitely to forget and opt for Clapham Junction's or Hayes stores

Nice simple straightforward layout ! Easy to find everything. Pleasant temperature. Friendly staff.

Mr.Graham is a very helpful person. Very good at customer service. I went to collect my order, it was bit late, but he was happy to help me out with my order without any rush. Thank you Mr.Graham.

Good overall. Small Asda. Plenty parking space outside. Has most things you need from a supermarket. Cons: Display prices are often wrong and offers dont go correctly through the till so you end up over paying.
