I would like to put a heart felt thank you to Pauline who was working on Customer Services tonight (night of the Pink gig at Hampden). I wasn't feeling great and she escorted me to the front of the queue for the toilets, then offered me a seat and a bottle of water until my lift arrived to take me home. She kept checking on me and asking if I was feeling my better. She was really understanding and compassionate and a credit to the store. A lovely lady. Thank you Pauline x

Recommend doing Big Messages (weekly shop) here at 6:30am - place is empty, all the goods are being restocked for the next day, and the staff are a good bunch who’ve let their hair down a tad compared to meeting them in normal hours.. I’ve even heard them singing a few times!! xGx

Large and busy Asda here in Toryglen close to Hampden Park, selling the usual range of supermarket products and mostly they are excellent. The supermarket also has a very busy cafe, a card only petrol station and a large George also an optician and pharmacy . The best thing about Asda is it's open 24 hours,a big advantage on all the other supermarkets IMO

Going downhill rapidly since it changed hands. Prices are much higher, quality is far lower and the push to self service frequently has a half dozen docile staff members standing around drooling as they stare into oblivion.

Just awful. Visited the store this afternoon between 12 noon and 1pm. The queue for the kiosk is almost to the front door, with only one person on a till - but they're too interested in their mobile phone to worry about the queue. After picking up a few things in store I head to the self service checkout. Three were not working, and the staff monitoring the self service checkouts were totally overwhelmed by the school pupils. The staff were visibly struggling to cope which, combined with the lack of working checkouts, led to even more delays waiting to pay.

Literally no COVID safety. I don’t mind queues but cramming 30+ people into a 15 metre space isn’t acceptable. Nobody seemed to know where the queues started and there was nobody to direct you or keep distancing. Nobody was on the door, so the shop was swamped in every aisle. Staff not wearing masks properly. Honestly I feel sorry for them working in those conditions, mask issues aside.
