Nice clean local store, staff always available near tills although I usually use self service as I'm not lazy like the people who parade around pretending they care about the staff refusing to use the self service as it's "stealing there jobs", idiots. Prices are decent at times. Doesn't get too busy which I like. Noticed a few People saying the staff are lazy, and don't smile. I haven't noticed this. Guessing they are the same plebs who haven't worked a day of retail in they're lives or don't put stuff back after themselves.

I shop at this Asda almost every day and found the staff extremely helpful and polite I go after my night-shift and always get a smile and hello. I find the store has the essentials I need and is well stocked for a, smaller Asda

Good range of products given the size of the store. Can pick up things ordered from Asda online here, including large shops pre-ordered. Cash back available at self service tills. Queues usually not too bad. Staff generally very helpful and give me the help I need to get small amounts of shopping independently on crutches.

Customer service below any standard. Few times notices higher price than advertised, even told them error and been seeing same wrong price for weeks. They offer you refund, of course but how many people won't even spotted it for weeks... Staff very impolite, very low quality.

Went in to return a blender from an online grocery shop as this is my local. The manager was called to help me. The manager was lovely he couldn't help at first as returns need to go to a big store but no he wasn't happy not being able to help so got on his mobile phone to the call centre ,spoke to them explained the problem then passed me the phone to confirm my details and I was able to return the item to him rather than going all the way to huyton village store. Well done Asda excellent customer service.

Only recently started using this supermarket but I have to say each time I have the staff have bean amazing. The first time I went, I was pushing a small trolley and carrying my granddaughter, a member of staff approached me and asked if I would like a trolley with a child seat, as soon as I said yes, they went off and brought me a trolley. The next time I went, I was queing and a gentleman approached me and asked if I would like to follow him to the till opposite. This is a small store, always clean and well stocked. Other stores could learn a lot about customer service from this store. Well done to all the team!
