Asda Shipley Superstore leeds

Needs a lot of TLC, keighley one is better and staff here are not great all with their customer service skills.

As you would expect as Asda..staff could be friendlier though

This is my place to go for shopping. I especially like the scan & go facility as this cuts my time there a lot and also helps me to monitor my spending as I do my shop.

It's ok however they're apparently discontinuing some products and brands or making some of their products 'premium' which is the some product with a new label and costs twice as much. There are always crates blocking the aisles, it seems the employees choose the worst times to replace shelves.

It's a good shop

I use this store locally but I am very concerned about the large amount of people not wearing masks, 1 I followed around the store buying nothing, as if he was testing vigilance, no member of staff challenged him. What happened to the no mask-no entry policy. Can we police the law more effectively.

Plenty of free parking but it was busy when we shopped on Tuesday afternoon. Large supermarket with ample stocks of good value produce.

Today I was really unhappy to have tasted the supposedly fresh bread which was nearly stale! I recommend to many of my friends about the freshly baked bread to the whole of England and Many people had followed me and tasted the freshly baked bread of Asda but now I fear the standard has fallen! Please correct me if I am wrong! Lidle May have taken over! They now make extremely fresh bread and the aroma is out of this world and I hope Asda will improve and return to it’s past reputation! I will give them 5 stars if in the future when I shop there, I will get that nostalgic feelings of wanting to buy freshly baked bread again!
