Good choice of products in store. Never enough tills at the weekends. Be careful where you park as car park on a slope and trolleys left all over. McDonald's on the side of the car park is a plus. Always a queue for the tobacco and lottery till. There's a post box in the entrance. Has a passport photo booth, currency exchange and a coinstar machine. Timpsons just outside the store.

It’s ok for an Asda, the staff are a bit rude and may benefit from trying to be a little more helpful. Not sure if it is me but they look like their faces would crack if they attempted to smile. Prices are right but the sell by dates are getting shorter and shorter. There is a McDonald’s nearby and a self serving petrol station. Also directly opposite is a newly built bus station. Good sized carpark with disabled spots and good disabled access.

Just spent 40 minuets of my life I will never get back purchased a gift card for Debenhams £30 went through self scan and it changed me £36 so the very helpful lady took it of and I said I would sort it out at customer services so I didn’t hold people up. That wasn’t easy they got me a new gift card and that scanned at £36 but they got a manager to over ride the price sorted. While I was in my grand children had both been given a Gift card for Christmas they were national book tokens. When my friend purchased them from Asda Radcliffe she asked can they be spent there to which she was told yes. After choosing the books they wanted I took them to customer services only to be told they had not been activated, despite having a receipt then I was told oh no they can only be used in participating stores. So not only did I cost me £21 to purchase the books so as not to disappoint a 4 and a 7 year old. I now have 2 book token that I have got to find a shop I can use them in on something I don’t want. Will never buy gift cards from Asda again total rip off

Just the right size for a weekly/ monthly shop. Great variety of goods, both for food and household. The clothes are very reasonably priced and good quality for adults as well as children. Plenty parking spaces with a handy petrol station. It is a busy store and I'm hoping no staff are lost or their hours reduced. This will impact on the excellent customer service they give now.

First visit so it took time to locate everything we needed. Large parking area, plenty of space. Separate entrance and exit. masks necessary. Social distancing being observed. Service was good, assistants very helpful. Quite a lot of space on the shelves and some stock was not available. Not too crowded, shopping was quite pleasant.

I would like to thanks Staff at Asda Radcliffe more so Tammie the first aider. I had a bad fall in Radcliffe Town Centre. I hit my face on pavement cut both hands and knees. I went into Asda to clean myself up and the staff at front of shop stopped me. Asked was I OK got me a chair and sent for Tammie to clean me up. My face was starting to swell up and a lady got me some frozen peas to put on my cheek. I'm on warfarin so I had to go to A&E to get checked out. Asda kindly paid for my taxi I really appreciate everything Asda and the staff did to help me. As you can see by my picture my face was a mess. It's got worse now

I would like to bring to the Managements attention that they should STOP selling cut flowers ! My wife received a bunch of Asda flowers and a bunch of Aldi flowers for her Birthday 3 days ago ! Asda flowers were twice the price and are due to be put in the recycle bin as they are passed there best yet Aldi’s are just coming into full bloom ! Shame on you Asda !

Won't ever be visiting this store again. I always use Scan & Pack to save time and it's more Covid secure. Have they got a dedicated checkout for Scan & Pack? No. Ridiculous
