I don’t know if it’s just me I am quite new to London but I must say staff on self service checkouts is awful..I was at this store shopping this afternoon and had to use trolley to carry my things because of ongoing shoulder pain which would have otherwise fitted well in a basket and tried to use self checkouts to avoid queues,I was surprised to be stopped and told off by this staff(tall African lady with some blond highlights) at checkouts to leave trolley behind and shift my things into the basket to use the till which was literally next(x2 steps) to where she parked the trolley and then later let me use the trolley to come out of the self check out area. Very rude!!!! She needs to go to back to her customer services training and be more courteous and helpful

Never Park your car there!!! Last night I got burglarised, my window smashed my backpack stolen with passport and all and the security did absolutely nothing! Even after talking with the police and they advise to contact the security for CCTV ... The Security Declined to cooperate! Absolutely disgusting! Shame on you ASDA!

This shop is manned by an army of incompetent drones with a low hive intelligence. The shelves are perpetually in a state of being restocked, with carts to load on to them always blocking aisles. If you need a basket, good luck; maybe check the tills for one someone is done with, because they never restock the pile by the entrance. The queues are absurdly long though, so you'll have to fight your way to the front. They have a returns service for a few companies, but the machine that is supposed to automate this process never works, which leaves the customer to try to negotiate with the dullard manning the manual printing machine.

ASDA PHARMACY The worst customer services I ve ever seen I had a repeat prescription sent to my emai address as an encrypted file from Portland hospital for my 4 years old son who s suffering from a severe asthma The pharmacist insisted to have the original one in order to give the inhaler The time I tried to explain that this is a private prescription and been sent by email as neither doctor or his assistant are present and sudgested frowadindg her the original mail until I get her the original prescription by Monday However she decided not to give the medication We all respect the law but I think there is some exceptions when comes into life threatening especially with a child Went and got it from somewhere else Disgusting and below zero customer service and manner Will never stop there not even for bandage
