Staff were indeed helpful!

It's a "meh" place. By that I mean it's good and it's bad. It's good because you get the known brand quality of an ASDA store with all the produce you need for a weekly shop and at prices which are agreeable to most people. The downsides are the self service checkouts, which are ridiculous at the best of times! The end result are big queues for the self service tills. The store is also clearly understaffed and everytime I've been in staff are rushing back and fourth to do different jobs whilst trying to keep the tills running smoothly all whilst dealing with customers.

The shop has all the meal deal items but no meal deal.

Produce is fine (if a bit of a weird mix) but the tills are REALLY terrible. They never seem to work properly for multiple reasons, and the Asda is so understaffed you end up waiting for ages several times; almost fighting over getting the attention of the single poor Asda person trying to attend to over 10 tills. I've moved tills on more than one occasion to start over as it's got so confused and no one is around to attend. There's never any bags either so half the time you end up awkwardly trying to carry your stuff out.

The supermarket is in the heart of Salford. It is having all the daily groceries that is need.

It's a nice supermarket to go to. It is not always easy to find parking here, however there is parking nearby. They disabled parking access and a card machine just outside. The store is smaller, however they're likely to have what you need. The service is pretty good with the staff happy to help.

Customer service here is shocking. Do not expect any sort of please or thank you from them! Stock is hit and miss and that goes for their ATM also. It’s the only free cash machine within a 20min walk so it’s very disappointing it’s constantly broken. They do not give cash back inside so the atm is vital.

It is nice local shop. There is the basic staff. Very busy most of the time. There is parking.

Staff always ready to help when needed.

It’s possibly as good as you can expect from a local ASDA. Reduced to 3 stars because they don’t implement any mask wearing policy.
