Asda Hayes Superstore london

AVOID for some reason this is the only store I know of where they DELIBERATELY do not deactivate security tags at the tills - resulting in the alarms at the exit beeping practically all the time while you are shopping and the security staff gratuitously harassing people who just paid for their shopping. I don't know if it's some idiot's idea how to keep the security staff busy, or they don't care about harassing 1000 regulars customers on the off-chance to catch one shoplifter, but that's not the way to treat regular customers.

New Asda in Hayes town centre is very convenient to pick up bits on the go. Good parking space and easy access.

On Monday 24th June l purchased a 30day matured rump steak at £3.79 and payed at the self serve check out. However on leaving the store the alarm was activated and my shopping was checked which was a bit embarrassing.this also happened the following day something should be done.

Absolutely awful customer service. They had made mistakes on my shopping and so I had to pay more. I had to queue there for half an hour because of their mistake and then the lady at customer service still pays me back less than they had taken. The lady at customer service is extremely slow. They need more workers there

Staff extremely rude to customers . I think trainning is needed if they want to keep customers the higher up staff very friendly I think staff on floor need to be trained with customer service . I have noticed others have left similar comments which speaks volumes.

Wide range of groceries in this fairly large format of supermarket. A nice cafe in the corner overlooking the crossroads with an interesting view while taking a break after shopping. Can be busy at times so choose visits wisely.

Very bad service from the Staff.. I think staff need more training about customer service.. extremely rude behaviour.. !! I reckon staff looks at people’s race, colour and dress up before they speak or treat people fairly. Even manager/ supervisor,I didn’t know who he was, he was not helpful to resolve problem rather he fuel the issue… very disappointed 😔
