Ideally situated with good parking, with a great selection of products for a small store. Staff always polite and helpful, but very busy. My only complaint would be that there are too few of them. The ‘powers that be’ seem to believe that ‘self-service’ can replace people - It cannot. The self-serve checkouts in my opinion are only useful for someone with a basket of goods. You cannot for instance, gain access to them with a trolley. If you buy alcohol or key something wrongly, you have to wait for a member of staff to help you, but they are stretched and invariably already serving other customers. Although there are multiple tills, I have recently only witnessed one being open (if you exclude the cigarette kiosk), leading to long queues, which is not ideal in such a compact store. It’s a great shame that such a good little supermarket is let down by too few staff. Had it not been for that, I would have given it 5 stars.

Never any tills on, people then use the kiosk to put their shopping through as they don't like self serve so when you want to put gas or out on you have to wait ages. When you do use self serve they are forever breaking and never any staff covering them. Its always stressful to shop in and literally only use it often due to location. Swear tho the staff all have a till phobia, I get when its quiet to not have someone sat twiddling their thumbs on a till but how long does a queue have to get to realise oh we should open some tills.. not rocket science.

Why does this store in Eccles not cater for the people of the area this is a highly deprived area where a lot of people are on benefits, yet the store only provides the expensive products. I have shopped in this store since it opened and have noticed that the basic line has virtually disappeared from the shelves being replaced with the expensive products. I appreciate that it is just a small store but why stock products that people can not afford. I know the store has to cover the overheads but by stocking with these high end goods you are leaving yourself open to so much shoplifting which happens several times a day in this store every day, this store has gone right down hill with empty shelves not enough staff and not meeting the needs of the public of a deprived location

Just been today morning in the store with my little girl, that I was carrying. There was a lovely gentleman working called Steve that helped me with the bags to get to the car. It's been a long time since the last act of kindness from someone towards me. Huge Thank you Steve! People like you will change to world, will never forget the kindness.
