Very poor service. I was overcharged £2 on one item when I pointed this out at the customer service
Very poor service. I was overcharged £2 on one item when I pointed this out at the customer service desk they refunded the money. However when asked if the price would now be changed to ensure future customers would also not be overcharged the assistant just shrugged. In other words she couldn't care less, miserable as well, the personality bypass operation was obviously a success! Never mind "happy to help" more like "happy not to give a damn".
