Big asda and good choices - everything you would really expect from a supermarket. Large car park and reasonably cheap petrol prices.

It's a pretty big average Asda, but not pretty. It's also a bit tricky to find, thank goodness for Google maps. It's got everything a big Asda has, including quite a lot of George. And a cafe, but I didn't try that. There's an unmanned (can I say that?) petrol station there too, with pretty much the lowest price petrol around the area. If it's the big shop you're doing then this is the big shop for your big shop.

Always shop at this store and we love the staff. Usually have everything we want. Know most staff by name and often actually get a hug like today from Sam. We are pensioners and the staff always help if there is something I can't reach or can't find. Staff will treat you with the same respect that you give them.

So I went to Asda with my dad and had a great experience until we came to check out. We went to the self checkout centre when the machine said to put it back in the bagging area so a man came up and helped us he was very nice and respectful. I put my arms on my hips waiting for my dad when a lady that worked there with blond hair looked a bit older like 50/60 years old started having a go at me about this wine my dad was buying and saying I could touch it etc when I was no where near it neither was I planning on picking it up as I’m clumsy and new something would happen so I try explaining to her that I wasn’t. I tried explaining 3 times and gave up while doing this she kept interrupting me and caused a whole fuss and nearly screaming at me which wasn’t very pleasant and i didn’t feel safe with it. Let me say I know have no desire to go back or order online from them again after having such a rude encounter. I no longer support Asda as I used to and hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Do not bother with delivery. NEVER have what u have ordered and they substitute your stuff for things you don't want. I have so many single ingredients because you order stuff to make a meal but you NEVER get the complete ingridients. Going to try Tesco next time see if they are any better

Great shop, but security not wearing a mask herself, not enforcing mask policy and scrolling on her phone whilst at work. No wonder people are walking around flouting the rules when the one person you expect to enforce them can't be arsed
